Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any product or service from HealthFile.app ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.

2. Products and Services

We offer the following products (Launch Offer pricing — limited to first 100 families):

• HealthFile (₹1,999 + 18% GST = ₹2,359): Software delivery plus one year of managed platform access. Platform renewal is ₹2,500/year.
• HealthFile + Records (₹4,999 + 18% GST = ₹5,899): Complete setup including platform access, medical data uploading, Google Drive import, and full configuration.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a single-use, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for one patient/family/individual. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software
• Use the software to service multiple unrelated patients without separate licenses
• Remove or modify copyright notices, branding, or license verification mechanisms
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

4. Platform & Maintenance

Platform access is provided for a period of one year from the date of delivery. Renewal is ₹2,500/year from the second year. You will be notified 30 days before expiry, followed by a 7-day grace period. If you choose not to renew within the grace period:

• We will provide a full backup of your data before your database is deleted
• Your online database will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
• You may migrate the backup to any other platform provider

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed via Instamojo. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full before delivery of any product or service.

6. Delivery Timeline

• Template Only: Delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation
• HealthFile: Setup completed within 24-48 hours
• HealthFile + Records: Setup completed within 48 hours of receiving all required data

7. Intellectual Property

All software, code, design, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of HealthFile.app / Digital Ledger Solutions. Purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of the intellectual property.

8. Prohibited Content & Acceptable Use

HealthFile.app is intended solely for storing and managing patient health records and related medical information. By using our platform, you agree that you will not upload, store, or transmit any content that:

• Contains or promotes child pornography, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any form of child exploitation
• Promotes or incites religious hatred, communal violence, or discrimination based on religion, caste, race, gender, or ethnicity
• Relates to illegal drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
• Relates to arms, weapons, ammunition, or any materials that incite or facilitate violence
• Violates any applicable Indian law, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act 2000, the Indian Penal Code, and the POCSO Act 2012
• Constitutes or promotes any other illegal or illicit activity

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content you upload to HealthFile.app. We do not routinely access, view, or monitor customer files. However, we reserve the right to investigate and take action if we become aware of any violation of these terms.

Automated Scanning: Our systems may employ automated scanning mechanisms to detect potentially illegal material. If such material is detected, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice
• Report the content and your identity to relevant law enforcement authorities (including but not limited to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Cyber Crime cells, and local police)
• Preserve evidence and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
• Retain records of the violation even after account termination

No Liability: HealthFile.app, Digital Ledger Solutions, and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall NOT be held responsible or liable for any illicit, illegal, or prohibited material uploaded by customers. All legal responsibility rests solely with the user who uploaded such content.

9. Limitation of Liability

HealthFile.app provides software for organizing medical records. We are not a healthcare provider. The software is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for:

• Medical decisions made based on data stored in the application
• Data loss due to failure to maintain backups
• Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service for violation of these terms. In case of termination, the customer is entitled to a backup of their data.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
