How to reset your password

Your HealthFile app is a private, password-protected installation created just for you. To reset your password:

1. Open your HealthFile app on your phone, tablet, or laptop.
2. Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen (if shown).
3. If that option is not visible, contact us using the details below and we will reset it for you.

Need our help? We'll verify it's really you

For security, we only reset passwords after verifying your identity using the email address or phone number you used at the time of purchase.
