HealthFile.app is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all medical and personal information entrusted to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances it may be disclosed.

Data We Collect

For customers who purchase our software:

• Contact information: Name, phone number (WhatsApp), and email address provided during purchase.
• Payment records: Transaction IDs and payment confirmations via Instamojo. We do NOT store credit card or bank account numbers.

For patient medical data:

• Medical records are stored securely in your private, password-protected HealthFile account, protected by SSL/TLS encryption. We access individual patient medical data only to deliver the service you purchased (for example, uploading records as part of HealthFile + Records), and we never sell or share it with third parties.
• For "HealthFile + Records" customers who share medical records via Google Drive for initial setup, the data is transferred to their private installation and the shared folder access is revoked upon completion.

How We Use Data

• To deliver the purchased product or service
• To communicate about order status and support
• To send renewal reminders for platform services
• We never sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes

Data Sharing with Government Authorities

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request by a government authority, court, or law enforcement agency. In such cases, disclosure will be limited to the specific information legally required.

Data Security

All customer installations are protected by password authentication and SSL/TLS encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal obligations)
• Export your medical data at any time from your installation
